This page will show some of my 3D models I created with Cosmic Blobs and/or CB Model Pro. Cosmic Blobs was a bargain but unfortunately it's not sold anymore.
CB Model Pro is available for free as it is currently in beta testing. But I doubt that it will ever see the light of the day named 1.0...
So maybe it's back to Wings 3D or Amabilis or Blender or some other cheap 3D modeler.
If only the user interfaces would be more intuitive - that's where Cosmic Blobs really shone! They Come mix up | Sunday, November 11, 2007, 8:45 PM
A collection of some mockup graphics I'll use for They Come. I created an asteroid, two trees and a space ship. There's also the beginning of some space port to see.
The trees and space port will be used to decorate the planets that'll appear in the game. The space ship will be the tiny human space fighter. Later I will create a huge human command space ship and a tiny alien attacker ship. Stay tuned.
Another nice thing to mention: I found out that Amabilis' 3D Canvas Pro is able to import Cosmic Blob's VRML2 model exports (except textures). That's great as I could use 3D Canvas Pro to fine tune or enhance the CB models if necessary. |

One more robot to be used in SpiderTrap. This will become an indestructable guard. I use SpriteForge to create rotated 2D sprites from the 3D model. |

Here is my first model - a little robot I might use in my game SpiderTrap. Took me around an hour to create - and I am just learning how to use Cosmic Blobs! |
